Culture Fit Consulting Ltd was founded in 2021 by Ben Massen.

Ben has 18 years' experience in facilitation, coaching and training, focused on workplace culture, leadership development and cultural intelligence. He has worked with thousands of professionals across more than 80 nationalities, from frontline supervisors to C-suite executives, spanning diverse sectors and regions.

Before returning to the UK in 2020, Ben spent nearly two decades living and working in Guangzhou, China. That experience shapes how he works: helping people turn difference into an advantage rather than a source of friction.

He set up Culture Fit to work with clients from start to finish, as one consistent point of contact from the first conversation through to the follow-up sessions.

At Culture Fit, we help teams understand how they differ and agree how they will work together, help leaders build the habits that set the tone, and shape healthy cultures through what people do day to day.

Date-Driven: We design client programmes to address development opportunities in your organisation. We use well-established third-party tools such as Global DISC™, Growth Zone™ and Leadership Feedback 360° along with our own custom tools.
